Prefect’s first SMS-conference
January, 22, 2009 witnessed the first SMS-conference of District’s Prefect Anatoliy Nikolaevich Smirnov held in Prefecture of Zelenograd Administrative District of Moscow. The prefect answered the questions delivered by SMS from Zelenograd citizens. The representatives of local mass media were also present: these were printing editions, local radio and television representatives.
